CRC has demonstrated steady growth and stability. Our clients may have a single property or multiple facilities. We provide third party expert roof evaluations and inspections throughout Florida, the Caribbean and the southeast. Our client base is broad including property management companies, commercial buildings, shopping malls, governmental agencies, corporations, insurance companies, condominium associations, schools and universities. With over 900 million square feet of roof expertise, CRC can deliver our services based on Experience! Our expertise ranges from roof repairs, preventative maintenance, to roof system specification, system installation oversight and due diligence inspections. Our experience has shown that most roofs will be in good serviceable condition. However, some roofs may need minor repairs and preventative maintenance or scheduling for replacement.
