DRI-CON's story starts in 1998, when Billy J. Woods, Jr. founded Woods Contracting with the desire to build a respected company that places superior customer service as the pinnacle value within the organization. After over 20 years in business, the company's name was changed to DRI-CON to further differentiate ourselves as the leader in commercial building envelope solutions for North/Central LA. Our goal at DRI-CON is to make your job as a GC or facility manager easier; handling not only your roofing but all building envelope components giving the end user a single point of accountability. We also operate an in-house, full-service sheet metal shop meaning shorter lead times, highly competitive pricing, and greater project controls. Throughout the course of our Brookshire's Grocery project, DRI-CON demonstrated a remarkable ability to manage scheduling, material delays, and project phasing.
