We are a relatively new company, but Mississippi Pro Roofing is backed by almost half a decade of construction experience and over 13 years of roofing experience. Jim Meng, our founder, has devoted his entire career to the residential and commercial construction industry. He started his journey in 1976 with Meng Plumbing and Air Conditioning, which he successfully grew to 40 employees and over $4 million in yearly revenue before selling it in 1996. His expertise then led him to Scenic Homes, where he served as Vice President and increased their housing sales from 25 to 1,474 annually. By 2006, the company was doing $272 million in revenue and ranked #54 in the nation (#4 in Atlanta). In 2010, Jim founded InVision Construction, LLC, focused on bringing clients' visions to reality with the highest level of service and professionalism. Over 13 years and 1300 projects, Invision has become one of the top construction companies in Mississippi, even featured in best-selling architectural books and international magazines. Capitalizing on Invision's success, Jim started Mississippi Pro Design Center in 2015, aiming to be a one-stop shop for all flooring needs with a white-glove customer experience. Today, Mississippi Pro Design Center boasts over 6,000 square feet of showrooms across two locations, expanding into windows, doors, cabinetry, countertops, and more, making it a true one-stop shop for remodeling and design. With the increasing demand for roofing services under InVision Construction, Jim founded Mississippi Pro Roofing in 2022. While new, we are not new to roofing or construction. We are built on the same customer-centric principles that have made Jim a force in the industry.
