“I’ve hired Mitch to fix a roof leak in my newly purchased home. Upon further inspection both of us concluded that at least that part of the roof requires to be re-done completely. At that point I expected to break a bank as usually that type of work is very costly, but was pleasantly surprised when the estimate given to me was pretty low. At first I questioned whether Mitch and I are on the same page, but everything in the estimate seemed to be in order. Plus he is licensed and has decades of roofing experience, so I trusted him to know what he’s going. Boy am I glad I did; the new roof looks fantastic and while working on it Mitch discovered a few other things that weren’t right with the rest of my roof, which he addressed on a spot free of charge. Definitely the contractor to go to if you have issues with the roof! Do take into account though that he’s pretty popular and is booked months in advance. Also he does not work with credit cards, so have your payment prepared accordingly.”
