The distance is roughly 50 miles. There have been times when I've called with a problem and they showed up the same day. We have one of those aging roofs with rocks on top of a membrane. MJ Dalsin has never failed to find the pin hole that is causing the leak. It's not just one technician with this talent, the whole crew is able to find the leak just by stepping it off from the inside of the building.
