We strip all old shingles and water proofing materials off so it is just the roof deck. We then inspect and insure there are no holes or gashes. After we approve we then install the new shingles (that the homeowner chooses) and water proofing materials.
When shingles show a weak spot we will inspect the area and see what we need. After that we will add water proofing and anti mold spray if it's needed. We then replace the shingles that were damaged without having to do the whole roof.
When you build a new house or shed/barn we will come in and add everything your roof needs to withstand water then add the shingles of your choosing.
