Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association

The Ontario Industrial Roofing Contractors Association (OIRCA) is a professional group of union and non-union industrial/commercial/institutional (ICI) roofing and sheet metal contractors, product suppliers/manufacturers and building science consultants/engineers. Founded in 1964, OIRCA is dedicated to ensuring excellence in roofing construction through accountability. The association is the Employer Bargaining Agent (EBA) for union roofing contractors in the Province of Ontario and operates an Occupational Health and Safety Committee, providing volunteers for Provincial, Regional, and Roofer Labour-Management Committees at the Infrastructure Health & Safety Association (IHSA). OIRCA also provides training and resources for its members, including a quarterly publication of Ontario Roofing News and a range of insurance services.
