Our People Doug and Rachel Gardner – home improvement professionals in DFW since January 2013. Prior to Home Improvement, Doug and Rachel were Sr Event Production Managers for brands like Coca-Cola, Pepsi, NCAA, United States Olympic Committee, NFL, NBA, etc. Settling down in DFW in 2012/2013 to start a family led us into changing paths from big event production to home improvement. We swapped crazy travel schedules and hotels for a home on Promiseland Drive in Frisco. Learning the industry from the bottom up over the last 7 years has led to senior-level positions at large restoration companies in DFW. We have learned a lot!
