Richard is one of the few project managers I have been associated with that thoroughly reads, uses, and complies with the contract specifications. He is very knowledgeable of roof construction drawings and execution of same. Richard knows how to proceed when information is lacking or unclear. Richard works well with his people, quality control representatives and government employees. Unlike most project managers he works right alongside with his people on all phases of roof construction.
