My situation required tearing off old and combining architectural shingles with metal standing seam. The weather has been cold and wet and I was in desperate need to get a roof over the additions. They found a way to make it happen and did the tear-off and architectural shingles in one day, wow. They came back the next week and installed the metal roof integrating it with the shingles.
