“"I am the Director of Golf at Brandywine Country Club. We renovated our 4000 sq ft fitness center at Brandywine CC into a golf simulator/ entertainment center. Tyler Rudolph and team conducted a demo on existing structures to create ample spacing for the new project. TDR created a layout plan and executed construction in a timely fashion and completed prior to deadline. TDR framed 3 15x20x10 golf simulator bays from the ground up, drywalled all walls and ceilings of the simulators, constructed and additional way with doorway for the new bar area and completed installation of luxury vinyl plank flooring on the remaining 2000 sq ft.
