Our free roof inspection includes pictures, a core sample, and a general roof condition report written by a professional. We explain our findings in easy-to-read reports, helping you make more informed decisions about your roof asset. This inspection can help you identify needed repairs, maximize the service life of your roof, and plan for future capital expenditures.
This analysis includes an infrared moisture survey, mapping of trapped moisture, and an in-depth written and verbal report. Multiple core samples are taken to determine the moisture content comprising the roof, and surface and inside temperature scans are conducted.
We provide expert roof replacement oversight on newly installed roof systems. WRS will be on-site to monitor and document all phases of the installation process. We work in conjunction with the building owner, manufacturer, and contractor to ensure a smooth and successful project. Our fee is flat rate per project.
Our inspector will generate daily roof inspection reports that include the progress of the project, material, and installation compliance. We conduct pre-job conferences with all parties involved to discuss safety, setup areas, specifications, and submittals. Daily inspections and progress reports are provided throughout the project.
We assist you in identifying the proper roofing system and write complete manufacturer-approved specifications to be followed to assure a successful project. We can also provide certified contractors in your area upon request.
We prepare complete bid documents for all contractors bidding on the project to ensure all parties are bidding the same scope of work. Western Roof Solutions will check the accreditations of the contractors the building owner selects to bid.
