We first met Nelson Sanchez on account of a problem we experienced with a leaking roof that came into a room and created a mold issue. The roof had previously been installed as a replacement and subsequently replaced. Nelson quickly identified that the roof was incorrectly installed, which was creating the problem. Nelson replaced the roof and any damage that the leaking caused to the roof. The result was excellent.

He came out just when he said and he and his crew stripped the old roof and installed a new one within a day. The finished product looks great and was expertly installed.
