Mast responded to my roof emergency in less than one day! I had an appointment for the afternoon but Chris called to say he was free and could come early, so he arrived in the morning. He was so professional and knowledgeable about our damaged roof from a fallen tree. He assessed the damage, took excellent pictures before and after, and provided an emergency repair in about 30 minutes. Our roof has a steep pitch and Chris was confident and worked safely despite the sharp angle. I can’t say enough about how relieved I was to have him repair our roof so quickly and in a quality manner. With this service we avoided more costly repairs with rain due in two days, so worth the price. We will definitely hire Mast again to do the full repair once insurance has evaluated the claim. Roofworks knocked my project out of the park. From the start, Chad was professional and thoroughly looked over the entire house. Spent at least 10 minutes in the attic looking over everything with a keen eye. Product knowledge was excellent and he didn't dump 10 different options on us. We were away while the roof was done, and Chad was there every day checking on progress for me and delivering videos and pics of the process to reassure me everything was going well. Roofworks has great financing options that no one else could really touch. Wouldn't blink an eye to have them do another project for me. Call them up!
