I happened to see another roof being installed two houses down from me and went over to watch. I was very impressed at how the workers were installing the roof on this house and the timely manner in which it took them which was only one day. While I was watching from the other side of the road a vehicle pulled up with Fiddler Roofing LLC on the side and a gentleman got out and went up on the ladder and onto the roof walking around and looking at it and taking pictures with his cell phone. I asked one of the workers if that was the boss and they said yes he's the owner. Another big thing that impressed me the actual owner was there on the job and inspecting his crews works. I told one of them that I'd like to speak with him if he had the time once he came down. When he came down they told him and he walked over to me and greeted me with a very nice humble hello, I'm Jack. I told him my name and told him I was very impressed with his crew and the job they were doing and was interested in having him do my roof if I could get the Insurance Co. to approve having it done. He said it would be a pleasure to install a new roof just get back with him once I had gotten with the Insurance Co. He gave me his business card shook my hand and asked if I had anymore questions and give him a call when I was ready.

He did repairs as promised. I am very happy with Greg's quick response. I cannot tell if the repairs were successful because we have had no heavy rain since. I am certain, though, that Greg will respond if there are future leaks.
