Arturo just finished a job for us and we are so pleased! He was very responsive and timely to all of my communication and helped me work with the HVAC guys coordinate the effort to fix our roof. He redid our roof a few years ago and a new HVAC system required cutting away the work he had done. Our skylights (2) were over 30 years old and we noticed a slight leak. I noticed Samperio’s roofing a street over and working on another project. I left a message and within an hour I had an appointment booked with Arturo for a quote. I received a very fair quote and he stayed in communication with me and within three days of meeting him, quote and ordering new skylights- the job was finished within an hour and a half and the crew was so, so nice. Call Arturo Samperio for excellent roofing services. Did I mention he also secured some of our gutter guards that came loose during the recent storms??? Well he did!!????

Arturo and his crew fixed a roof leak in the past and did a wonderful job, have not had any issues since. There was a spot where the gutter would overflow because the angle is tilted and Arturo and his staff helped out again and built a downspout to prevent damage to the gutter or house from all the water coming down in one spot when it rained. Down spout looks great and they removed all the debri in the gutter that had built up. Thanks again Arturo!

Anthony is an amazing roofer. Took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was important. I had a pretty high-sloped roof since I own a Victorian house. He had all of his guys on safety equipment. He was working on the roof and I would be away at work. My next door neighbor came to talk to him and later told me that he is doing a great job so it’s always good to get someone else’s point of view. The best part is when Anthony finished, he cleaned up old nails and all of the debris! Would hire again!

Highly recommend!!! I had the best experience with Cristian! My roof had been leaking during heavy rain for over a year. Our builder came out at least 5 times to “fix” the problem but the next big rain would come and water would appear on my ceiling again. I called Cristian, he came out the same day, checked the attic, got on the roof and was able to immediately diagnose the problem. He basically said that there were places that needed to be sealed and caulked which will keep the rain out. He was back out the very next day and NO LEAKS since! AMAZING! Honest, reliable, professional. Again, I highly recommend!
