Shane identified the problem, showed me pictures, told me how he would fix it, and then did exactly what he said he would. We recently had extremely heavy rains, and not a leak in site! I purchased my 2 Family Home from my Landlord in 1999. About 1994, 2 years into me Renting she put up a New Roof. Now 28 years later it was time for me to do the same.
