"Mackinzie did a great job managing our roof replacement. They came out for the initial inspection, showed up when the insurance adjuster came, and was there on the job when the crew replaced everything in one day. She was communicative and helped answer my questions. They worked with me on adjusting the estimate for a couple of things I didn’t want replaced and it worked out with insurance so I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket.They also use a high quality malarkey 40+ year shingle that is class 4 (hailproof), which is terrible for repeat business but great for me and the environment.Thanks."

"I had class 4 impact resistance shingles with new decking put on my house and garage. Plus new gutters and downspouts. Also attic venting installation which makes for a cooler house. Now I have a showcase roof on my house and my garage. The color of the shingles looks great and compliments the house color. Paul Wellnitz, the project manager, did an excellent job of walking the project thru from first contact with Twin Cities Roofing to completion of the project. The roofing crew was the best. If you need a new roof and gutters, stop searching and go with Morreall & Company. First off, Nick answered my phone calls and text messages quickly, which is almost unheard of these days. I hired Nick to replace my double layered 28 square roof. His crew showed up on time and completed the roof in 1 day. Yes 1 day. I was shocked at how meticulously the crew worked. They put plywood around all the windows and draped my entire house with protective tarps. They also had a portable bathroom delivered. My new roof with the gutters and downspouts looks amazing. He then came to our house and helped us pick a color. The crew worked so hard with very long days in temperatures ranging from freezing to hot. We have plantings all around the house which were tented and covered. They did a great a great job cleaning up. Love the new roof!

Nick and his team were a pleasure to work with. We would highly recommend them for any roofing/siding needs. The first time that we called Nick to have him inspect the roof, he showed up the next day and had his ladder up on the roof by the time we arrived, already taking photos of and marking up areas of roof damage. Nick took the time to sit down with us at our home one evening to go over the ins and outs of the roofing system, colors, cost, etc. Nick vouched for us with the insurance company and took initiative to communicate with them about the damage that he found, even doing extensive research on the shingles and if they could be replaced or not. He was very transparent and laid everything out for us about what could be found when the roof is torn off as to not surprise us with any expenses. We settled to do a full tear off. Nick and his team showed up the following week before 7am and worked until the sun went down. They are extremely hard workers and I did not see them stop all day through the extreme heat. All work was completed in two days and the site looked better after they left than when they arrived. They took extra care to clean up loose nails around the yard with a magnet. Nick and his crew did exactly what they said they would, the cost was exactly as proposed, and the outcome was great! Nick was always very communicative, answering all phone calls and text messages within minutes. I never realized just how much impact a new roof had on the look of a home. It was the difference in night and day! I would HIGHLY recommend them.
