I am truly impressed with the work E-Roof did on our home. We have a multilevel home that was built in 1903. I first contacted E-Roof because I made the mistake of hiring a storm chaser company after my neighborhood was hit by hail a few summers ago. The other company finished our job in the fall and I assumed everything was okay, until the spring time came and the snow started to melt. We unfortunately had leaks all over our roof. After soon realizing the previous company didn’t have the skills or ability to fix our roof, I searched for an old home roofing expert and i luckily found E-Roof.

Our initial consult was to determine if our roof had damage and although we did not need a new roof, we ended up using All Around for new siding and deck. All Around was extremely timely and professional throughout our siding and window project! Although there are large lead times on materials with COVID related supply chain delays, All Around communicated updates as they were available and made sure we were in the loop. Once they received the materials needed for the job, we had it scheduled and completed right away. Brandon was great at explaining the siding and window options we had and helping with some design details we weren’t quite sure on ourselves. Also, can’t say enough about the high-quality work and professionalism of the crews, they made sure to identify all areas of rot around the house and took care of them before installing the siding and caught an issue with the electrical for our front light before it could cause any re-work / delays. The siding and windows themselves are just awesome, feels like a new house!

Dmitri and Ashton McGee were easy to use and did a great job on our large roof. Dmitri worked well with our insurance company on our claim. Did the whole job in a day and a half and looks great. Three months later and there has been no issues with it.

Our Sales rep, Jimmy, did a nice job working with our insurance company, and then  in the selection process picking the right protect.  They added a roof ridge which keeps the roof cool in the summer.    The roof was installed just a week after our selection, which is amazing with all of the storm damage from August 2023.  The roof looks great.

I moved into my new house in August. Immediately noticed water spots. In spring there was a leak (I was given 3 years at inspection). So I called around and started getting quotes in April this year. I had two of the "well known" companies with all the signs and truck stickers come out. Once they realized I was a single female it was game over. OUTRAGEOUS quotes. One guy kept trying to come into my house or have me sit in his truck; super uncomfi. Then comes Vlad. He is younger, not pushy, detail oriented and made me feel like I was speaking to a friend. Him and his crew tore off 4 layers of roofing in 90 degree heat and gave me the STUNNING water tight roof amd 3 new skylights of my little home owner dreams!!! Not only that, they went above and beyond. He insulated my kitchen roof "because they didn't do it right before and you needed it" . The final trim work is pristine and on point. They had to come back 3 times because of the heat to work on the details. Vlad is not only a great boss, but also tries to help out his community as much as he can. I have great respect for him and have already shared my drone pictures with everyone!!! Thank you again to your crew and you Vlad. You guys are really the best.

I had 4 company's come out to look at my roof because I had a bad leak inside my home. Vlad was the last guy to come out, and within minutes, he had found many issues that the other company's could not find. He was very honest. So we had chose to go with Rochester pro roofing. They had to replace wood, change 2 skylights and added venation. Everything was cleaned up and now I have a new roof that looks great. Very respectable company with great customer service.
